SUGGESTED USE
DREAM PM - TAKEN AT NIGHT
SUGGESTED USE: Important—use 2 nights on/1 night off. Take 4 consecutive nights off once per month. Take 45–60 min before sleep. Shake vigorously 10 sec. Mix 2–3 mL into 4–6 oz water; drink immediately. Take a small sip of water after to finish swallowing. Best on empty stomach (2+ hours after eating). Adjust up or down nightly by 0.25 mL based on prior night. Do not exceed 4 mL/day. Use before best-by date and within 45 days after opening.
RISE AM - TAKEN IN THE MORNING
SUGGESTED USE: Immediately upon waking, shake bottle vigorously 10 sec, then take 2 mL sublingually. Hold under tongue 1–2 min. Take at least 10 min before any food or beverage. Do not exceed 2 mL/day. Use before best-by date and within 45 days of opening.
RECHARGE - TAKEN IN THE DAY
SUGGESTED USE: Take twice daily. In the morning, shake bottle vigorously 10 sec, then take 1 mL sublingually; hold under tongue 1–2 min. In the evening, shake bottle vigorously 10 sec, then take 1 mL sublingually; hold 1–2 min. Use at least 1 hour away from food, drink, or other Ambroshia emulsions. Do not exceed 2 mL/day. Use before best-by date and within 45 days after opening.

by using the product for 3 weeks I feel more focused troughout the day and had 2 lucid dreams troughout. Good product, didn't experience anything bad during use.

Using the Ambroshia trinity I had my first lucid dream I can recall as an adult. From first use the dream recall started to get better, after a while I amazingly had my first Lucid dream I can remember and I am really looking forward to whats ahead continuing using Ambroshia Trinity.
