  • Creation Time + Transit Time = Delivery Time.
    This formula illustrates the terms (defined below) used throughout our policy.

  • Creation Time: The estimated time it takes to produce your product.

  • Transit Time: The estimated shipping duration.

  • Delivery Time: The total estimated time from order placement to delivery.

All timings are always estimated and are not guaranteed.

Eligibility for Replacements

We accept requests for product replacements under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Items Upon Arrival: If your product arrives in a damaged or defective state.

  • Incorrect Item Received: If you receive a product that does not match your order.

For products claimed as damaged or defective upon arrival, the condition will be assessed based on provided photographic evidence, regardless of whether the product's outer seal remains intact due to the nature of the damage.

Important: Products that have been used, even minimally, are not eligible for replacement. We don't require returning any incorrect items or damaged or defective products to us. However, please ensure you communicate with us by initiating a replacement request prior to using any product you received.

How to Request a Replacement

All replacement requests must be initiated within 7 days of the "delivered" status reflected on the postal tracking updates.

To begin this process, please email our dedicated client support team at connect@ambroshia.com. Your email must include:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear, non-blurry, detailed photos of:

    • All sides, top, and bottom of the product packaging.

    • All sides, top, bottom, and interior of the shipping & packaging materials.

    • Detailed photos of all damaged areas or areas illustrating the incorrect product sent, if applicable.

These specific visuals are essential for our inspection process, including fraud-finding protocols, to ascertain the applicable reason for the replacement request within our policy guidelines and to submit insurance claims where applicable, so that we may get your replacement on the way as quickly as possible.

Shipping & Packaging Materials

When submitting a replacement request, you must provide clear, non-blurrry, detailed photos of:

  • All sides, top, and bottom of the product packaging.

  • All sides, top, bottom, and interior of the shipping & packaging materials.

These visuals are crucial for our assessment and claims process.

Shipping Costs & Fees

Ambroshia will cover the shipping costs for both domestic and international orders for eligible replacements. However, for international replacements, the customer is responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or other import fees incurred for the replacement shipment.

Replacement Processing & Timeline

Upon receiving your email request with the required documentation, we will process your claim.

  • This internal processing can take up to 7 days and longer in some cases, based on our interactions with the insurance claim.

  • Once your claim is processed and approved, your replacement item(s) will be shipped once a new small batch of the requested product is finished and ready.

  • If your replacement order includes multiple products, the order will be shipped when the last small batch is complete.

Due to the artisanal nature and the significant time and care involved in creating each small batch, Ambroshia cannot guarantee a specific creation time, transit time, or provide an estimated delivery window for replacement items. However, you will receive updated tracking information for your replacement items as soon as they are dispatched for transit, sent to the email address associated with the order for the items being replaced.

Lost or Damaged Shipments & Insurance

Ambroshia is passionately committed to ensuring your replacement is prepared and shipped as quickly as possible without ever compromising our quality standards.

If you believe your item(s) are lost or tracking updates aren't appearing correctly:

  1. First, contact the shipping carrier directly to inquire about the package's status. Often, carriers can provide further details or initiate an internal search, which in most cases will be your fastest resolution.

  2. Should the carrier be unable to resolve the issue, please contact us at connect@ambroshia.com. We'll then assess the situation and see what we can do to help.

Please note: Often carriers don't hold tracking information longer than 60 days, and we may not be able to assist with a replacement after this time period.

All Ambroshia purchases include complimentary shipping insurance, with exceptions. Lost and damaged items are automatically insured, and instructions to file a claim are outlined in our shipping policy. Please refer to our shipping policy for more information.

International Orders & Customs

  • International Order Delays, Losses, & Customs: Once your package reaches customs, it can be held for inspection for a few weeks, though this isn't often. The time your order spends in customs is separate from the transit time estimate illustrated by your chosen shipping method during the order checkout process. Ambroshia is not responsible for any customs delays, which may extend your total delivery time.

  • For international orders that are deemed lost by the carrier or refused by customs, we'll be happy to issue a replacement for the products that were purchased.

  • In some cases, certain country delivery destinations aren't included in the shipping insurance. For instance, if items are returned due to an undeliverable address, they aren't covered. Please ensure that your address is correct before you place your order, as we aren't held responsible for replacing items returned to us because of an undeliverable address.

Additional Terms & Exclusions

Exclusions: The following items aren't eligible for replacement:

  • Products not purchased directly through ambroshia.com.

  • Products returned for any reason beyond damage or incorrect shipment.

  • Items returned due to an undeliverable address aren't eligible for replacement, as this isn't covered in your order shipping insurance policy. Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing an order.

  • If you need to change your shipping address, please email connect@ambroshia.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we usually can help if notified promptly, we can't guarantee changes if your order has already been processed or shipped in that time—but we'll do our best to assist.

  • Domestic orders can sometimes be delayed due to various factors, potentially up to 30 days past the estimated delivery window.

 


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Order Processing

Due to the artisanal nature of our small-batch crafted products and our commitment to extreme quality, Creation Times may vary. Our estimated Creation Time for each product, before it goes into transit to its destination, is clearly listed at the top of its respective product page. Please note that this Creation Time is in addition to the Transit Time.

Please note: We are unable to offer expedited or rush creation, as our small batches are already created as quickly as possible while maintaining our strict quality standards.

Shipping Carriers

For both domestic (U.S.) and international shipments, we partner with trusted carriers, including USPS and UPS, to ensure the secure and timely delivery of your Ambroshia products.

Domestic Shipping

We're pleased to offer free USPS Priority Domestic Shipping for all orders $125 or more.

For all other domestic orders, our shipping options span a range of services. The estimated Transit Times for these services are clearly displayed beside each shipping option at checkout.

Due to current state-level regulations, Ambroshia is unable to ship our product "Dream," or any kit containing "Dream," to addresses within the state of Louisiana. Orders including these items with a Louisiana shipping address will not be fulfilled. If such an order is inadvertently processed, the customer assumes full responsibility for any legal or regulatory implications. Ambroshia reserves the right to cancel or decline shipment of restricted products at its sole discretion.

International Shipping

Our commitment to sharing Ambroshia's exquisite products extends globally. International shipping options also span a range of services. The estimated Transit Times for international shipments vary widely by country and are precisely calculated and displayed beside each shipping option at checkout. We encourage you to review these options carefully to choose the service that best suits your preferences, keeping in mind that the estimated Creation Time from the product page will combine with the estimated postal Transit Time for your selected shipping option.

Please note: At this time, we ship internationally using USPS and UPS only.

BIG NEEDS REVIEW: Signature confirmation may be required on high-value domestic orders. This policy is under review and subject to change.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of each package, with all available options presented to you at checkout. This allows you to select the most cost-effective solution that aligns with your preferred delivery timeline.

Order Tracking

Once your order is moved into the transit phase, a tracking number will be sent directly to the email address connected to your order. For your convenience, you can also access comprehensive order information and tracking details at any time by logging into your account with the email address connected to your order.

Undeliverable Packages & Incorrect Addresses

Should a package be returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if delivery is refused, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs. Please understand that our complimentary shipping insurance doesn't cover items returned due to an undeliverable address submitted by the customer; therefore, please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We encourage you to carefully review your shipping details at checkout to ensure accuracy and prevent any delays or additional charges. If you need to change your shipping address, please email connect@ambroshia.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we can usually help if notified promptly, we cannot guarantee changes if your order has already been processed or shipped in that time—but we'll do our best to assist.

Unforeseen Delays

We understand that unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or customs inspections, can occasionally impact Delivery Times. While Ambroshia isn't responsible for delays caused by such events, your satisfaction remains our priority. If your order experiences significant delays and you're unable to find clarification through your tracking information or by contacting the shipping carrier directly, please reach out to us at connect@ambroshia.com. PO Box & APO/FPO Deliveries

Yes. We ship to PO Boxes and are honored to serve military customers by gladly shipping to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.

To ensure prompt and accurate delivery, please enter your military address using the following format:

  • Name: Enter the recipient’s full name (rank is optional)

  • Address: Include the PSC/UNIT and BOX number (e.g., PSC 123 BOX 4567 or UNIT 8900 BOX 1234)

  • City: Enter APO, FPO, or DPO — do not enter the actual city name

International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Please be aware that for all international shipments, the recipient is the Importer of Record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-reimbursable by Ambroshia. These fees are determined by your local customs authority, and Ambroshia has no control over their amount or imposition.

Shipping Insurance Claims

All Ambroshia purchases include complimentary shipping insurance, underwritten by Shipsurance, with specific exclusions (e.g., items returned due to an undeliverable address submitted by the customer are not covered). All shipping claims must be filed through Ambroshia, not directly by the customer. To initiate a claim, please email us at connect@ambroshia.com by following the claim instructions below.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

For products claimed as damaged or defective upon arrival, or if you received an incorrect item, all replacement requests must be initiated within 7 days of the "delivered" status reflected on the postal tracking updates (sent to the email associated with your order or found in your customer account on ambroshia.com). Your email must include:

Lost Items

If you believe your item(s) are lost, you must contact Ambroshia by emailing connect@ambroshia.com within 110 days of the "delivered" status reflected on the postal tracking update for your order. This allows Ambroshia sufficient time to file an insurance claim on your behalf, as claims can be filed with Shipsurance up to 120 days from the dispatch date (the first day the item moves into transit status, or the day you receive your "order is shipped" notification).

Before contacting Ambroshia, we require you to first contact the shipping carrier directly to inquire about the package's status. Often, carriers can provide further details or initiate an internal search, which in most cases will be your fastest resolution. Should the carrier be unable to resolve the issue or locate the package, please contact us. When you email us, you must include:

Your order number.

Screenshots of any communications had between you and the shipping carrier regarding the lost package.

Failure to provide evidence of communication with the carrier may result in Ambroshia being unable to file a claim on your behalf, which is at the discretion of Ambroshia.

Split Shipments

All ordered items are shipped together. If you wish to receive items separately, they must be placed as separate orders. Please note this does not guarantee a difference in delivery timing, as our batch creation and packing processes are unified.

Holiday Shipping Notice

Please allow additional time for both Creation and Transit during holiday periods or promotional launches. Increased carrier volumes and seasonal delays may extend delivery timelines beyond typical estimates.

Limitation of Time for Delivery Issues

 

If there's any issue with the delivery of your product, please make our Customer Support team aware and they will work to resolve the issue for you to ensure you receive your ordered product. Any delivery issue must be raised by you within 60 days of placing your order. After this time, major courier and package delivery service providers delete their tracking data – it's not possible for us to ascertain what happened, claim for lost deliveries, or reship lost orders.


 

Indemnification

 

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless all individuals in the employ of LUCID LIFE LABS, LLC and LUCID LIFE LABS, LLC products against any and all losses, damages, costs, and liabilities, including court costs and attorney fees, arising from your access to and use of our Services and products, as well as any violation by you of these Terms and related laws and regulations.


 

Term & Termination

 

This Agreement shall commence upon your accessing the Service. This Agreement may be terminated by LUCID LIFE LABS, LLC without notice at any time, and for any reason. If LUCID LIFE LABS, LLC chooses to terminate this agreement with you, then you are no longer allowed to access these Services, and must destroy any content from these Services that may be in your possession. The provisions of these Terms shall survive any termination of this Agreement.
