I have always dreamed since I was young but the Dream PM increases the dreaming activity by a lot from the first try. Now I can fully recall at least 3 or 4 different dream scenarios every night. There is much higher awareness during the dream, to the point that I learnt things about myself which I overlooked in the past. I have experienced corrections during the first week of using the product. I highly recommend this product and am looking forward to becoming more lucid and conscious in my dreams.

Recharge us a fantastic supplement! I use along with a multivitamin. If you sweat a lot or work outside this is a great way to replenish those minerals.

I've always been an easy dreamer and normally recall most everything so I'm familiar with the process. What this tincture does for me is extends the REM dream phase by ALLOT. You may want to go to bed early to allow time for deep sleep and be sure to follow dose instructions. It also preserves the parameters of perception with zero distortion vs what a hallucinogen might (time, identity, object permanence, etc ..). It's 100% natural with no weird chemicals. It also stretches out my hypnogogic phase so it's less thought form based and eases into full dream autonomy easier. A+!
