SUGGESTED USE:

• Take approximately 30 minutes before sleep. Shake vigorously 10 sec. then take 2–3 mL sublingually; hold under tongue 60 sec. Adjust up or down nightly by 0.25 mL based on prior night. If you wake during the night and have trouble falling back to sleep within 10–15 minutes, you may take an additional 2–3 mL, at least 3 hours apart from the first dose. Do not exceed 9 mL/day.
