SUGGESTED USE: Important—use 2 nights on/1 night off. Take 4 consecutive nights off once per month. Take 45–60 min before sleep. Shake vigorously 10 sec. Mix 2–3 mL into 4–6 oz water; drink immediately. Take a small sip of water after to finish swallowing. Best on empty stomach (2+ hours after eating). Adjust up or down nightly by 0.25 mL based on prior night. Do not exceed 4 mL/day. Use before best-by date and within 45 days after opening.

Most people experience increased states of dream occurrence, vividity, and/or lucidity (being aware one is dreaming) throughout the night—some in the first hours of sleep but most after a deep restorative sleep towards the middle to end of dream cycles where it's most natural to occur.
Ambroshia RECHARGE and RISE AM are built for sustained performance and some notice subtle baseline shifts same day while others notice shifts within a few days, with clearer, compounding benefits by weeks 2–4 when taken consistently.
Dream PM is intended for use on its own to support deep, restorative sleep and vivid, lucid, conscious dreaming; do not use with alcohol or other sleep aids.
For nights when you are not using Ambroshia DREAM PM, we recommend Ambroshia SLEEP (coming soon!) made with organic botanicals to support deep restorative sleep.
If you wake during a DREAM PM night and cannot return to sleep within 30–45 minutes, you may choose to use SLEEP according to it's suggested use.
NOTE: Using SLEEP on a night you are using DREAM PM can reduce Dream PM’s intended dream‑supporting effects.

Most people do not experience morning grogginess when using Ambroshia DREAM PM as suggested and after a full 7.5–8 hours of sleep.
