SUGGESTED USE:

• Note: Important! To maintain effectiveness, use 2 nights on/1 night off. Take 4 consecutive nights off once per month.

• Can be best to take DREAM no later tahn 9:30 p.m. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds, then take 2-3 mL sublingually; hold under tongue for 90 seconds. Best on empty stomach (2+ hours after eating).

• After taking DREAM, feel free to go to bed when you feel naturally more tired but no longer than 1.5 hours later. Adjust up or down nightly by 0.25 mL based on prior night. Do not exceed 4 mL of DREAM PM per day. Use before best-by date and within 45 days after opening.

• Note: If you work late and do not get home by 9:30 p.m., it can be helpful to take Ambroshia Dream PM as soon as you arrive home—ideally as close to 9:30 p.m. as possible. Do not drive a vehicle or operate machinery for at least 8 hours after taking Dream PM.

• Please take when you can get a full 7.5–8 hours of sleep. DREAM is designed to deliver over an enhanced circadian rhythm, so a full planned night’s rest is essentiaL to your complete experience.
